Spelvin.com is home to the freelance work of Cyndi Mudge.

My background includes ten years as founder and owner of a marketing and event management firm in Seattle, Washington, and twenty years experience in non-profit and arts administration.

In addition, I'm an experienced writer and public relations professional. My writing has been published in The Bridal Connection, Coast Style, Pelican Post, and I'm a former Editor of TYA Today, the trade journal for the International Association of Theatre for Young People.

In 1999 I took a daring plunge into the gold rush of the new millennium by moving to Silicon Valley in California where I spent a year as Executive Producer of Online celebrity and corporate events for Communities.com. Following the tsunami of layoffs that affected the dot-com industry, I'm now back in the Pacific Northwest where I moved to Astoria, Oregon, in 2003 to become the Executive Director for the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Association for Clatsop County and for Destination: The Pacific, Oregon and Washington's nationally sanctioned Signature Event for the bicentennial commemoration.

Today I continue to be happily moored in this historic town where I am the director of Astoria Sunday Market.
