Executive Director

n     Responsible for overseeing operations to produce a nationally sanctioned Signature Event commemoration comprised of nine components including a festival, speaker series, opening ceremony, and experiential event on Astoria-Megler Bridge.

n     Directed Marketing efforts, which included the successful development of a Commemorative Magazine, regional banner program, posters, rack cards, website, and securing TV, print, and radio sponsors.

n     Established budget and grant management procedures that allowed LCBA to expand its programs from $60,000 in 2003 to a $1.3 million agency that provided critical support for development of the Fort To Sea Trail, production of the national Signature Event, and completion of various National Park Service programs benefiting Clatsop County.

n     Successfully managed relocation of association office from a private residence to a 7,000 square foot arts studio facility.
