Dissolve a small lump of sugar with a little water in a whiskey-glass
Pour one jigger of whiskey
Add one or two dashes Angostura bitters
Swirl in a small piece of ice
Mix gently with a glass swizzle
Garnish with a a piece lemon-peel
Some people prefer adding a shot of carbonated water.
